We loved the overall feel of our stay - the property was clean, tidy, and immediately put us at ease. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the classy common areas where we could enjoy our coffee. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. We could easily walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Transportation was a breeze with a nearby bus stop that took us directly to the equally classic Volunteer Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were delicious, and we appreciated the staff's effort in providing fresh fruit bowls.

We loved the charming and historic atmosphere of this property. The landscaped patio areas provided a lovely spot for us to relax and enjoy the garden while eating our delivery food. The hotel facilities were luxurious, with communal areas that were beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and bars we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to public transportation, which allowed us to easily explore this city without the need for a car.

Cleanliness: Everything was very clean! Location in Capitol Hill: Close to shopping street Broadway E with many shops and restaurants. Transportation: Close to the bus line, so no need to drive to busy tourist areas. Breakfast: Included freshly baked warm blueberry muffins and great pressed coffee.

All was perfect.

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the light rail and several great restaurants. The beautiful neighborhood with its historic mansions and Volunteer Park was a pleasure to explore. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a peaceful courtyard and spacious rooms with historic details. The breakfast of warm blueberry muffins and pressed coffee was a delicious way to start the day. The staff, especially the friendly host Daryl, made us feel welcome and taken care of.
